Who's behind this and why are you doing it?
Hi :) We are Symbol, an Israeli VC focused on early-stage startups. We identified a huge gap in the market when it came to hiring founding employees — not only are these positions pretty rare, they're also often closed before they even hit the market. Knowing many early founders in the industry, we felt like we can help build a system that made this process easier and more visible. And to answer your next question — there's really nothing in it for us, we just want to see more startups growing in the Israeli ecosystem, faster.
